Prevention or Affirmation of Discrimination – An Analysis of the New Package of Anti-Discrimination Laws
Dušan Ilić is a lawyer, research associate at the Institute of European Studies and a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He is the author of a number of articles in the field of Constitutional, Parliamentary and Family Law. He is a regular commentator in the Serbian media on various legal topics, primarily in the field of constitutional and family law.
Miljan Lazović is a theologian and lawyer, research trainee at the Institute of European Studies, doctoral student at the Orthodox Theological Faculty in Belgrade and doctoral student at the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. He is the author of several scholarly articles in the field of biomedical practice and state-church law. He is a regular commentator in the Serbian media on various theological and legal topics.
