Institute of European Studies, Hanns Seidel Foundation and the European Movement Serbia are organizing a guest visit by Prof. Dr. Wolfram Kaiser to Serbia. Wolfram Kaiser is a professor at the University of Portsmouth and European University Institue in Firenze, and a leading expert on history of Christian democracy in Europe.
