Alexis Toribio Dantas (Brazil) is an Associate Professor and the Vice-director of the Faculty of Economical Sciences, State University of Rio de Janeiro. He received his PhD in Industrial and Technological Economics at the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Satet University of Rio de Janeiro. He has knowledge and experience in economic issues, with an emphasis on Industrial Organization, Industrial Studies and Economic Integration. Main investigation topics: Mercosur, Alca, Brazil, Economy and Brazilian Integration.

Óscar Barboza Lizano (Costa Rica) is the President of the Professor Andrzej Dembicz Foundation. He works at the Faculty of Liberal Arts and History at the University of Warsaw in Poland. Academic of the Regional Headquarters Chorotega at the National University of Costa Rica.

Main lectures will be given in Spanish with consecutive translation.
