Our colleague, Dr. Aleksa Filipović, Research Fellow, at the invitation of Tula State University (Тульский государственный университет – TulSU), delivered a lecture in a virtual format entitled “The Arctic in the Conditions of a Multipolar World Order: On the Path toward a New Cold War?”
Following Dr. Filipović’s lecture, an open discussion was held with TulSU students on various topics, including the future of the Arctic, climate change, international Arctic organizations and institutions, as well as China’s significant role in this region.
