We are pleased to announce that Dr. Vladimir Ristanović, Senior Research Associate at the Institute of European Studies, has been appointed Guest Editor of a Special Issue of the Journal of Risk and Financial Management (ISSN 1911-8074), a Scopus-indexed journal ranked in Q2.
The Special Issue is published within the journal section “Sustainability and Finance” and is titled
“Sustainable Finance and Policy Frameworks in Emerging Markets.” This Special Issue focuses on the role of sustainable finance, regulatory and policy frameworks, and institutional dynamics in shaping financial resilience and long-term development in emerging and cross-border economies. It aims to bring together high-quality theoretical and empirical research addressing finance–policy interactions, climate-aligned investment, governance mechanisms, and transition pathways toward sustainable economic systems.
The appointment reflects Dr. Ristanović’s extensive experience in financial economics, sustainable finance, and applied econometric research, as well as his ongoing engagement in international academic publishing and editorial activities.
