Our colleague, Ivona Leskur MA, a research trainee, attended the India Energy Week 2025, which took place from February 11 to 14, 2025, in New Delhi. This event, organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of India, brings together researchers, industry representatives, and policymakers, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge on current global energy challenges and innovative approaches to their resolution.
This year’s conference focused on energy transition, digital innovations in the energy sector, sustainable strategies, and decarbonization, topics of crucial importance to the scientific research community. Special emphasis was placed on the application of new technologies, the development of smart energy grids, and the optimization of resource use through digitalization and automation, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary research and new scientific approaches in the field of sustainable development.
Attendance at this event provided our researcher with a deeper insight into current scientific and technological trends, as well as the opportunity to establish contacts with experts from various fields, which may contribute to future research projects and knowledge exchange in the field of sustainable energy and the green transition.
