Our colleague, MA Milica Ilić, participated in the international conference marking the Day of the Faculty of Law at the University of East Sarajevo, held on October 26, 2024, in Pale. Under the general theme “Law Between Protection and Abuse,” she presented her research titled “The Incompatibility of International Treaties with the Domestic Law of Contracting States – Pacta Sunt Servanda or Constitutional Supremacy?”
The scientific conference in Pale represents the largest legal conference in Europe, with 240 participants this year from 26 countries across 5 continents (including Russia, India, China, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Mexico, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Peru, Nigeria, Vietnam, Serbia, Croatia, BiH – Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH) and other nations. The conference was held with the support of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, the Minister of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education, Željko Budimir, and numerous organizations and institutions.
