Vladimir Basenkov, MTh, is a writer, publicist, doctoral student of St. Cyril and Methodius at the Moscow Diocese of the ROC, director of the Simbirsk Diocesan Center for Old Russian Liturgical Tradition, President of the Council of the Assumption Edinoverie Municipality of Simbirsk, President of the Center for Ethnographic, Theological and Religious Studies, editor of the site “Hidden Russia”, deputy editor of the site “About Serbia in Russian”. Basenkov is also a member of the International Center for Orthodox Research (in Niš). He publishes articles on portals such as REGNUM, Orthodox Life, Jesus Portal, Russian People’s Line, etc.
He has been touring Edinovertsy communities throughout Russia since 2018. He is in contact with all communities of the Moscow Patriarchate and the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad.
