A new monograph by Dr. Rajko Petrović, scientific associate, entitled “Portugal today – from a global empire to the European periphery” has been published, in which a 260-page overview of the political history of this country, its constitutional and political system, party system, ethnic , language and religious structure, socio-economic circumstances, international politics, relations with neighbors, as well as contemporary challenges and problems it faces.
It is the first scientific monograph of its kind written in the Serbian language, which abounds primarily in sources in the Portuguese language.
