The round table “Online Disinformation in Serbia” was held at the Institute for European
Studies on Friday, October 20, 2023. The speakers were the authors of the chapters of the
upcoming edited volume of the same name. The edited volume will be published by Palgrave
Macmillan.
The opening speech was given by the director of the Institute, Dr. Miša Đurković. The
authors decided to use the table to mutually exchange comments on the first versions of the
chapters that they presented to the audience on this occasion. In addition to Dr. Irina
Milutinović and Dr. Jovica Pavlović from the Institute for European Studies, presentations
were also given by professor Stephan Stetter (Bundeswehr University of Munich), M.Sc.
Lucas Schubert (Bundeswehr University of Munich), professor Vladimir Ajzenhamer
(Faculty of Security), professor Dalibor Petrović (Faculty of Philosophy) and professor
Aleksandra Krstić (Faculty of Political Sciences), while Prof. Dr. Nebojša Vladisavljević
(Faculty of Political Sciences) and colleagues from the Institute for European Studies also
participated in the discussion. Professor Florian Biber (University of Graz) will also
contribute to the edited volume with a chapter.
